A space craft solely operated by humanoid droids.   Whose rank and upgrades are determined on how many rubies they have been awarded.

They travel throughout the universe looking for technology.  Here the captain is playing some music acquired from earth a few years back.  Integrating the CD player into their system.  Take notice they use only one speaker, they can only comprehend mono sounds through vibrations and don’t understand why earthlings use so many!  Even adding an atmosphere so they can feel the music.

The captains head dress is functional adding to the sensitivity to wave links.  

These androids are thousands of years old, time is irrelevant.  On long travels they simply shut down till their arrival.
